2017 Football and Cheer Registration



Welcome to the 2017 Lake Zurich Flames Youth Football and Cheer Registration.

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available. You will also have the option to pay this registration fee offline.

Note the entire registration process must be completed online. During the registration process you can choose to pay online with your credit card or Paypal account or select offline and pay by check or cash.

Volunteer Process 2017
We are going into our 3rd year of this program, and we appreciate all the positive feedback we have received !  Thanks for helping last year, we continue to look at new ways to get through the season and utilize our parent volunteers. The Flames is 100% volunteer run and we need your help. Again this year we are requiring a mandatory $100 volunteer deposit which will be refunded after your allotment of volunteer credits is satisfied. We will be tracking this through each team manager and will be communicating out exactly the roles and what credit they are worth closer to equipment handout.

These prices are valid until April 30th. Our first equipment handout will be in late May. Starting May 1st there will be a $50 increase to the registration cost for some programs. Why do we increase the cost May 1? Well it's a lot of work to put together the season, lots of volunteers spend time prepping and getting equipment ordered and ready. We cannot plan properly, (coaches, teams, jerseys, schedules and equipment) if we do not know how many participants we have. Therefore, we do this to drive to follow our schedule to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Key Points

  • Even if you are going to pay offline via check you must register online
  • We no longer hold in person registrations. If you need to ask questions or have other needs please reach out to any board member or when you see us at the equipment handout in May. Every board members emails are on the website on our board page.
  • Tackle players MUST be prepared to bring a copy of your birth certificate to equipment handout if you did not play tackle football last year. The TCYFL has a very strict policy regarding ineligability for not having accurate documentation on file.

Family Discount:

If you are registering more than two players in your family this season, you will not be required to pay more than $1,000 for your child's registration fee.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

  • April 30th is the last day for normal registration - Prices Increase for Tackle ($475) on May 1st.

  • July 17-19- Optional tackle football camp at LZHS (grades 6-8)
  • July 24 - Mandatory tackle conditioning starts & Parent Meeting *Time and location are TBD
  • Mid Aug - Flag Practice Starts
